Intellectual Property of Research
All architectural breakdowns, model performance analyses, and creative workflow methodologies presented on cityinfo.sbs are the original property of CityInfo Generative Lab. Users are granted a non-exclusive license to view and reference these materials for personal or internal educational use. Reproduction of laboratory documentation for commercial gain without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Use Cases
Users may not use the lab’s resources to train, fine-tune, or develop any malicious generative software. Any attempt to scrape the repository for the purpose of recreating the Lab's proprietary synthesis frameworks will result in immediate termination of access. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding the use of our research to create deceptive content.
Limitation of Liability
CityInfo Generative Lab provides analytical content "as is." While we adhere to the Neutrality Protocol, we do not guarantee that the generative model topologies discussed will perform identically in every computing environment. The lab is not liable for technical failures or creative output variances resulting from the implementation of workflows described in our research.

Access to the CityInfo Generative Lab is restricted to individuals at least 18 years of age. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials issued for researcher-tier access. We reserve the right to audit usage patterns to ensure compliance with our research ethics framework.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of cityinfo.sbs shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the courts of Calgary.
Updates to Protocols
The Lab evolves as quickly as the models we study. We reserve the right to modify these governance rules at any time. Continued access to the site following such changes implies acceptance of the revised neural schema.
